A Direct Debit is an authorisation to your bank that allows payments to be taken directly from your account.

You payments are made monthly and are debited 3 business days before the due date, so you never need to think about your bill at all.
If the due date falls on a weekend or public holiday, we'll debit your account on the next business day.

There is a surcharge of 2.3% for Visa or Mastercard. There is no cost to pay by direct debit from your bank account. Just your usual bank fee for electronic transactions will apply.
